21 June — Fennel and Garlic Rolled Porchetta
28 June — Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder
5 July — Free Range Roast Chicken
12 July — Slow Roasted Grass Fed Black Angus Beef
All served with confit garlic and herb potatoes, charred broccolini, baby carrots and agrodolce braised red cabbage.
