Our newly refurbished fully equipped Health Club has something for anyone looking to improve their fitness, de-stress and improve their health.

Open seven days a week and with experienced fitness professionals readily available, achieving your health and wellbeing goals has never been made more possible.

Resort guests can book group fitness sessions via the following options:

 

  • See Resort Guest Services to charge class/es to your room, or to make a direct payment.

  • Pay direct at the Health Club during staffed hours. 

Classes Available

AQUA FIT – Aqua Fit is a workout in water that is inclusive of every fitness level and every age. Working out in water eliminates stress on the joints, improves cardiovascular fitness, can increase strength, flexibility, and overall health.

CORE 30 MINUTES– The ultimate way to get a tight and toned core. With dynamic training that focuses on your abs, glutes, back and obliques.

 

HIIT STRENGTH – A mix of strength training and high intensity intervals with weights and body weight exercises.

HIIT CARDIO – HIIT Cardio is a combination of high intensity bursts of cardio exercise followed by equal or longer periods of rest.

PILATES – Pilates lengthens and stretches all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion. It improves flexibility, strength, balance, and body awareness.

YOGA – Yoga cultivates health and wellbeing through a range of many different techniques, including postures and movement, breath awareness and breathing exercises, relaxation and concentration, self-inquiry, and meditation.
