HIIT cardio

HIIT Cardio is a combination of high intensity bursts of cardio exercise followed by equal or longer periods of rest.



Aqua Fit is a workout in water that is inclusive of every fitness level and every age. Working out in water eliminates stress on the joints, improves cardiovascular fitness, can increase strength, flexibility, and overall health.


A mix of strength training and high intensity intervals with weights and body weight exercises.



Yoga cultivates health and wellbeing through a range of many different techniques, including postures and movement, breath awareness and breathing exercises, relaxation and concentration, self-inquiry, and meditation.


The ultimate way to get a tight and toned core. With dynamic training that focuses on your abs, glutes, back and obliques.



Pilates lengthens and stretches all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion. It improves flexibility, strength, balance, and body awareness.

Catering to a range of ages and capabilities, we have classes ranging from strength-based through to wellness training aimed at training your mind as well as the body

To reach and maintain a healthy weight, we should exercise most days of the week for minimum of 30 minutes, our classes make this easy! With a range of fun and motivating classes there will be a class to suit your individual health and fitness goals.
