Jay McKenzie leads the women’s program as Head of Women’s Golf and is a PGA Professional with a genuine passion for growing the game. His mentoring of women’s programs across the region has helped Geelong Golf Academy earn national recognition, particularly for creating welcoming and supportive pathways into golf.

Jay is Trackman Certified, a Professional Junior Instructor, and the Coordinator of Women’s Golf, combining modern coaching tools with an inclusive, confidence-building approach. Across six years of coaching, he has worked with beginners, juniors, and experienced players alike, helping them build skills while enjoying the social side of the game.

 

He also brings strong playing credentials, with a career-low round of 6-under at Barwon Valley Golf Club, giving him valuable insight into both performance and course management.
