Take advantage of The Sands Torquay resort facilities including the indoor heated lap pool, fully equipped gym and Tennis Courts.
Our hotel guests are welcome to enjoy the heated indoor pool throughout their stay. As our Health Club is also open to the local community, the pool hosts swim school sessions and fitness classes at select times.
We make sure guests always have access, with dedicated swimming lanes available even during lessons and aqua sessions. Please refer to our Pool & Lap Lane Availability for optimal times to swim.
