Terms & Conditions

1. Use & Return of Equipment

All equipment remains property of The Sands Torquay and must be returned in original condition.

Use is restricted to the named hirer and for play at The Sands only.

The repair & replacement costs of damaged equipment are determined by The Sands Torquay.
2. Demo Clubs & Full Sets
-
Demo clubs are for trial use. Hirers are liable for damage or loss.
-
Full sets must be returned complete and undamaged, including bags, covers and accessories.
3. Golf Cart Hire
-
Carts may only be driven by persons 18+, holding a valid drivers licence.
-
Maximum of 2 people per cart.
-
Do not drive on greens, tees or restricted areas.
-
Hirer is financially liable for damage, injury, or rule breaches.
-
Misuse may result in hire refusal.
-
Return keys to the Pro Shop after use.
